Please note we will be changing location in November 2024 to Cronton, Widnes. Currently all appointments will continue in our home based salon in Upton Rocks, but if making an appointment for December onwards please consider this before booking. You will be contacted if your appointment is moving to Cronton.

Gift vouchers; If you have a paper gift voucher you'd like to redeem, choose an available slot and contact us to book this manually for you. If you have an email voucher, please ensure the enter your voucher code upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a deposit being charged. We are currently booking up a month in advance, so please allow sufficient time before your voucher is due to expire. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy; All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be lost. Deposits will be lost for any cancellations. For a 'no-show' where you fail to notify us and do not turn up to the appointment, we reserve the right to request full payment of the treatment. If you have any signs of being sick, you will need to reschedule your appointment and the above terms still apply. If you are late for your appointment or wish to decrease the length of your treatment, the full cost will still apply and an extension in time cannot be given.
