Gift vouchers; If you have a paper gift voucher you'd like to redeem, choose an available slot and contact us to book this manually for you. If you have an email voucher, please ensure the enter your voucher code upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a deposit being charged. We are currently booking up a month in advance, so please allow sufficient time before your voucher is due to expire. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy; All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be lost. Deposits will be lost for any cancellations. For a 'no-show' where you fail to notify us and do not turn up to the appointment, we reserve the right to request full payment of the treatment.
