For post-operative clients who may have been advised by a medical team to book lymphatic drainage treatments specifically aimed towards helping you to heal post surgery. Booking a course of treatments after surgery can help to significantly reduce swelling and scar tissue, and can improve your results, along with reducing chances of developing infections, seromas (pockets of fluid) and fibrosis (build up of scar tissue). What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage? Simply put it is the use of slow, soft, rhythmical moves to drain away excess fluid and stimulate the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is responsible for clearing toxins and keeping our bodies healthy, however sometimes it just needs reactivating to get the system running again. For post-op this will significantly help recovery, and we will also help to work on your scar tissue. After a lymphatic drainage, you may: Feel re-energised Be less bloated See less fluid build up Have less headaches Have cleared sinuses and clearer breathing Be deeply relaxed! Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy states that if you reschedule 72 hours or more in advance, your appointment can be changed without losing your deposit. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be lost. Any cancellations will automatically lose the deposit. If you have any signs of being sick, having Covid-19, or anyone you live with having Covid-19, you will need to reschedule your appointment and the above terms still apply.
