Mummy meet up on 5th December @10:30

This is a one off session for mums to meet up, bring babies along and have a chat. We will start with some calming breathwork, a mum & baby introduction, and then we will have a "mummy circle" where we can share experiences and will have an opportunity to chat about anything from birth stories or traumas, pregnancy, newborn experiences, mum tips & tricks, and the struggles of day to day mum life. We will finish with some guided meditation, and big cuddle with your baby.

Babies welcome at any age, recommendation to ensure to bring a toy for the older babies to ensure they can settle so you can enjoy a chat x
