Baby Massage Course: Oct-Nov 23 10:30am

Dates for this class: 17th October - 28th November, no class on 31st October (see Halloween special). 10:30-11:30am  6 weeks of baby massage classes for mum to join with baby! Open for all mum's with babies ages 8 weeks up to active crawling. Simply come along to The Hayloft Cafe with your baby and learn a beautiful baby massage routine to practice with your baby. We will have 6 classes joining together with other mums, chatting, laughing and learning about baby massage. Each class is 1 hour each and will allow time for interacting/bonding with your baby, some simple baby yoga/ stretching exercises, massage time and a short window for mum to enjoy some meditation at the end. We will show you tips on how to relax baby, how to comfort them through teething, help them with colic / constipation / gas, get their joints moving, and some specialised massage to help clear congestion / fluid / colds, plus many more! The cost of the workshop includes a gift bag with gifts for both mum and baby, plus a massage oil to use during your massages. A routine booklet will also be sent to you over email.
